Educate Children and Youth

ImageChildren and youth are vulnerable in many ways—struggling with many health problems, such as pneumonia, diarrhea, and malnutrition, and also suffering from physical and sexual abuse, broken families, and alcohol and drug abuse. But kids and teens are also quick to learn and make changes, so they can be God’s agents to bring his healing to their families and communities.

Through Children’s CHE, children and adolescents learn to prevent diseases and avoid social problems. Even more importantly, their lives—and the lives of their families--are transformed as they come to know Christ.

Children’s CHE is also bringing a transformation to schools as teachers learn a more interactive and participatory approach, rather than rote memorization, so that children and teens become actively involved in their learning. Children also learn vital skills such as First Aid, as shown in this picture from Project Kenya International.
